Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Osmows Southland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and managing inventory.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
