Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Apna Karachi Kitchen Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet quality and productivity standards
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
