Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Derry location is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Spa Associate. As a Spa Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' experience is exceptional.

We are looking for someone who is local to the area and is looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or a membership-driven environment, but it's not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
  • Prepare treatment rooms for therapists when necessary
  • Operate laundry machines, put in linen to wash, dry, and fold
  • Maintain the spa and washrooms clean
  • Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
  • Display a positive and energetic attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
