Moncler spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving store business objectives, developing and executing strategic plans, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure consistent execution of Moncler Americas Sales and Service standards across all store employees.
- Drive store sales and productivity through key performance indicator (KPI) management, including store sales, sales per transaction, conversion rates, repurchase rates, productivity, and inventory management.
- Conduct business analysis and develop action plans in collaboration with the Regional Director to strategically grow business.
- Execute company strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures flawlessly.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients and VIPs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, propose local events, and support product launches to drive sales results.
- Coach and ensure all store staff comply with company initiatives, including training and selling programs, customer engagement and relationship management, and inventory management.
- Directly responsible for team development, growth, and performance management, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
- Provide motivation and lead by example, exhibiting a sales floor presence and delivering in-the-moment coaching as necessary.
- Attract, recruit, and hire high-caliber talent, build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Partner with Regional Director and Human Resources Director for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
- Responsible for daily operations, operational excellence, and asset protection, including schedule management, payroll records, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget, aiming to reduce overall costs.
- Oversee in-store after-sales operations, ensuring efficiency and a positive client experience.
- Responsible for oversight of in-store consignment program, maximizing client engagement and providing unique experiences for top clients.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by HQ and the Americas visual team, executing floor changeovers as necessary.
- Analyze reporting and support stock levels through communication with key business departments to maintain high sell-through and alignment with new product launches and key investments.
- Train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Understand and proactively respond to the competitive environment, trends, and identify future opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and employee development and relations.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels, with team, executive leadership team, and cross-functional partners.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and can galvanize a team around company initiatives.
- Possess strong attention to detail and business acumen.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour work week.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a contract or temporary role.

Moncler spa offers a competitive salary range of CAD 105,000 to CAD 115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
