Retail Store Manager

At Moncler spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager In Training to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Service Excellence: Ensure that all store employees embody the Moncler Americas Sales and Service standards, providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth through key KPI management.
- Business Analysis and Planning: Conduct business analysis and develop action plans in collaboration with the Regional Director to strategically grow business and achieve store objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure individual growth and career development.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure flawless in-store execution of Company strategic initiatives, Company policies, and procedures, while maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proposing local events and consignment opportunities to drive sales growth and client engagement.
- Store Operations: Oversee store expenses, maintain store operating budget, and reduce overall cost while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Product Knowledge: Train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Retail Management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Skills: Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and employee development and relations; results-driven and customer-focused; impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, ability to galvanize a team around company initiatives, and attention to detail and business acumen.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
