Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and food preparation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Ensure that our food service areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our food service operations are aligned with our overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
