We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, we aim to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places and the planet.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and general servicing of HVAC controls systems. You will also manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Reporting problems or changes to management immediately is crucial in ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of electronic control systems and have experience with computer programming and software applications. A background in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair control systems malfunctions with knowledge of electronic or digital controls systems.
  • Manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and provide safety awareness while working onsite with subcontractors.
  • Conduct extensive self-study to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines.
