About the Role


Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled BI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards and self-service tools that promote data-driven decisions across the team.



Responsibilities



  • You will work closely with analysts, product managers, and designers to understand their needs and develop solutions to support decision-making and data maturity throughout the studio.
  • You will develop advanced SQL queries to extract insights from large enterprise data sets and design elegant solutions to support business objectives.
  • You will be involved in the entire development life cycle, from brainstorming ideas to implementing solutions.
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in BI engineering or tool development.
  • Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries and experience with data visualization principles.
  • Experience with UX/UI design and large enterprise data sets (TB or PB).
  • Strong team player with initiative and ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ability to work with unstructured datasets.
