At Jenga Homes, we are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates. You will also be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, project schedules, and supervising or conducting field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in civil engineering and at least one year of experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound judgments.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
