Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product development teams
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Verafin's solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Verafin's solutions and their applications in the financial sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills
