Customer Success Manager

Verafin is a leading provider of fraud and money laundering solutions to financial institutions across North America. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple departments
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Verafin product suite and identify opportunities for added value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver success plans and ensure thorough product adoption
  • Communicate key initiatives to customers and drive retention
  • Manage customer feedback and escalations
  • Utilize Salesforce and GainSight to track customer communications and projects
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools
