Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at WHITE SPOT RESTAURANT. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with your team to ensure they are meeting their goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
