Job Summary

Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Field Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our human resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for field and trade roles across various geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for field and trade positions, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, industry events, career fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, trade schools, and other organizations to proactively develop a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with site leaders to identify staffing needs, role requirements, and develop strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Support community partnership programs aimed at enhancing field labor pipelines.
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract the appropriate candidates.
  • Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive and market-aligned offers are made to candidates.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to overcome recruitment challenges, particularly in high-demand or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Continuously look for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, report on progress, and refine recruitment strategies based on insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Bilingual English-French language proficiency.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring trade and field roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with internal stakeholders and external community partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and influence decisions across various audiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, especially in hard-to-fill, geographically diverse, or specialized roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Independent and collaborative work style with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to source candidates.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
