Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Jimmy the Greek. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the restaurant
- College diploma or equivalent experience in food service management
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
