Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Jimmy the Greek. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high level of customer service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
