The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including hiring and training new employees.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Will train.
