Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for luxury cosmetics to lead our Lancôme department at Hudson's Bay. As a Senior Cosmetic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong relationships with vendors and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business metrics to develop strategic plans that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through the Preferred Customer Program.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Deliver world-class service by communicating effectively with clients, providing product knowledge, and offering fashion direction and solution-based selling.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Partners to maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling, store events, and wardrobe clients.
  • Act with customers in mind, demonstrating great networking and relationship management skills.
  • Prioritize internal and external customer needs, seeking feedback to improve products and services.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals, elevating individual and team performance.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Certified Make-up Artist or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of skin and body care treatments.
  • Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits:

Hudson's Bay offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include a generous associate discount program, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
