**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with educators to design and implement engaging programs that promote overall child development;
  • Assist in facilitating various activities, including arts, crafts, and outdoor play;
  • Prepare and serve healthy snacks to promote good eating habits;
  • Help maintain a clean and organized environment, including setting up rooms and furniture for meals and rest periods;
  • Support children in developing good hygiene practices, such as toileting and dressing;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of daycare equipment and participate in household chores, including cooking and cleaning;
  • Communicate with colleagues to discuss children's progress and challenges;
  • May assist with record-keeping and administrative tasks;
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth operation of the daycare.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written, and a third language (Portuguese, Mandarin, or Spanish) is an asset;
  • Flexibility in terms of schedules to meet the needs of the daycare;
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
