About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Divisional Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization's total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management.
  2. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient service delivery, including HRIS management, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  3. Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the total rewards and HR operations teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  4. Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner and collaborate internally with executives, senior leaders, and board members and externally with vendors and consultants regarding matters of significance to the organization.
  5. Risk Management: Manage risk associated with total rewards programs and HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in total rewards and HR operations.
  • Excellent business acumen and judgment; communicate complex information and recommendations to key stakeholders and influence good outcomes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple complex projects and decisions at once.
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing.
