Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Join Canadian Tire - Bayers Lake, Halifax (Store 465) as an Automotive Service Advisor and be part of a high-performance team that strives for productivity and efficiency in all routines, projects, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure ongoing commitment to customer needs and vehicle requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
  • Understand customer needs and provide complete solutions.
  • Share ideas and suggestions to improve customer experience in the Service Centre.
  • Manage customer concerns and problems promptly.
  • Deal with challenging situations in a professional manner.
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
  • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
  • Good working knowledge of CoStar is an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
