Service Advisor - Automotive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at O'Regan's Automotive Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining vehicle information and addressing their concerns.
  • Document customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly, providing a complete and detailed written estimate for labor and parts.
  • Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional required services to ensure our customers receive the best possible care.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining high satisfaction standards and ensuring our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
