Job Summary

Eliteox Homes Inc. is seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our exterior projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, including painters, decorators, plasterers, and drywall installers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: Construction, installation, residential, and repair settings.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
