Job Summary

Eliteox Homes Inc. is seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all crew members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 people, including painters, decorators, and other tradespeople.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the painting and decorating industry, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Asset Languages: Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi are considered assets.
Work Environment
  • Work Site: Outdoor work sites, including construction and installation projects.
  • Work Setting: Residential construction, installation, and repair projects.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
