Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Specialist to join our team at ELITEOX HOMES INC. as a Painting and Wallpapering Contractor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing painting and decorating projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, setting up machines and equipment as required.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, including painters, decorators, plasterers, and drywall installers.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in painting and decorating, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week. You will be required to travel to various work sites, and own transportation is necessary. A criminal record check is required for this position.
