  • Verify incoming materials and receive them into our SAP system.
  • Collaborate with end-users and vendors to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and claims.
  • Identify, prepare, pack, and distribute cross-docked materials for shipping and stock materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Unload trailers and sort incoming materials for processing.
  • Verify and handle material paperwork, including MTRs and NDT reports.
  • Maintain the proper flow of materials by following FIFO procedures.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining assigned workspace and the warehouse.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Experience in SAP considered an asset.
  • Candidates with current and valid Forklift Certification and Fall Protection are an asset.
  • PPE required (CSA-approved steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, hard hat, and reflective vest).
  • Familiarity with industrial inventory related to mining, oil sands, and/or industrial construction.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy required.
  • Ability to speak, write, and read English required.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
