Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Process and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner, meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including transportation and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
