Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and recording the issuance and return of tools and equipment.
  • Toolroom Operations: Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Process tool requests and requisitions, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
  • Warehouse Operations: Conduct regular inventory counts, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with maintenance personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or toolroom environment, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other software applications, as well as the ability to use in-house software to track inventory and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and climb stairs and ladders as required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
