Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to join our team at MANMIRAL CONSULTING. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to shipping and delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
