Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2036305 ALBERTA LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Authorize Returns: Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for the sales team and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Supervise Sales Team: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure they are meeting their targets.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 sales workers.

- Excellent Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role.
- Flexibility: You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
