Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dr Phone Fix - Sherwood Park. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales tasks to team members and monitor their progress
- Establish and maintain sales schedules and inventory levels
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and train sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
As a Sales Supervisor at Dr Phone Fix - Sherwood Park, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk around the store to assist customers and team members.
