Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Maplewood Liquor Store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
