- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and minimize waste.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and reliability.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
