Restaurant Operations Manager

Carmel Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, or visible minorities.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
