Senior Consultant, Managed Services Expert

Harbor is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Managed Services team. Our team is at the forefront of delivering high-quality services to our clients with managed service agreements. We have extensive experience in legal processes and technology across various platforms, including Intapp products and other essential systems. Our goal is to provide expert advice and hands-on support to our clients, helping them contain risk and cost through operational improvement, efficient data management, and technology usage.
As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with internal resources and clients to ensure correct prioritization and timely delivery of both 'business as usual' and 'continual improvement' tasks. This is a hybrid position, working from our Moncton, New Brunswick office in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is split into two main areas of responsibility:
- Monitoring and resolving issues within client production environments, known as 'business as usual'. This includes regular proactive monitoring, assisting clients and team members with production issues, providing regular updates, collaborating with technology providers, and supporting integrations with third-party applications.
- Improving configuration and processes for clients, based on changing needs, known as 'continual improvement'. This involves collaborating with team members to execute planned changes, executing test plans, documenting changes, and actively participating in deployment.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management. They should also possess strong observational, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills, effective communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
Technical Skills:
The successful candidate will be proficient in advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, and familiar with collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and SQL is an advantage.
