About the Role

LegalTech Hub Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Managed Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients who have managed service agreements.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal processes and technology across various platforms. Your expertise in Intapp products and other integration platforms will be invaluable in helping us serve our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business as Usual:
    • Monitor and resolve issues within client production environments in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal resources to ensure correct prioritization and timely delivery of services.
    • Provide regular and concise client updates on issue resolution.
    • Support integrations with third-party applications and reconcile data across various systems.
    • Configure Intapp product software and gain knowledge to become proficient in supported applications and business processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate with team members to execute planned changes to client implementation components.
    • Execute test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement items.
    • Document small changes and communicate them to clients.
    • Actively participate in the deployment of changes.
Requirements
  • General Skills:
    • Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics.
    • Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.
    • Strong observational, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.
    • Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken).
    • Ability to excel in a cooperative team environment.
    • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to quickly learn and develop new skills.
    • Competent in problem-solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, and punctuality.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced computer skills (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio); familiarity with use of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as collaboration tools.
    • Proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
