About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Managed Services team at Harbor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients who have managed service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business as Usual:
    • Monitor and resolve issues within client production environments in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal resources to ensure correct prioritization and delivery of services.
    • Provide regular and concise client updates on issue resolution.
    • Support integrations with third-party applications and reconcile data across various systems.
    • Configure Intapp product software and gain knowledge to become proficient in supported applications and business processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate with team members to execute planned changes to client implementation components.
    • Execute test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement items.
    • Document small changes and communicate back to the client.
    • Actively participate in the deployment of changes.

Requirements:

  • General Skills:
    • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
    • Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken).
    • Ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
    • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to quickly learn and develop new skills.
    • Competent in problem-solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, and punctuality.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced computer skills (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
    • Familiarity with use of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as collaboration tools.
    • Proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and SQL.
