Key Responsibilities:
* Provide recruitment and selection support to hiring managers
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Conduct employee relations and conflict resolution
* Administer benefits and pension plans
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
* Provide HRIS administration and disability management support
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Commerce or Human Resources Management degree
* CHRP designation or pursuit of designation with HRPA
* Knowledge of WSIB, Employment Standards Act, and Occupational Health and Safety Act
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
* Bilingualism (English/French)
* Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
