We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Leto's Steakhouse & Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
