Job Title: Executive Chef

Lacombe bar and Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet the needs of our guests and ensure timely service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
