Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $64,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and national averages in the United States. This compensation package is designed to attract top talent and reflect the importance of this role in maintaining the high quality of our food services.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our kitchen and dining areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Culinary Leadership: Manage the preparation and presentation of complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate special events such as banquets and buffets, working closely with our event planners to ensure seamless execution.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee inventory management, maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that our kitchens and food service areas are clean and well-maintained.
This is a permanent full-time position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week and up to 44 hours per week depending on operational needs.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role; however, relevant experience is highly valued.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
