About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge customer experience strategies and solutions using marketing, integration, and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new customer experience strategies and solutions for clients
  • Ensure overall success of marketing technology implementations, focusing on client relationships, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and program health
  • Identify and pursue follow-on project opportunities
  • Plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, and budget
  • Manage business requirements and project ideation
  • Contribute to solution plan definition
  • Identify, manage, and track key dependencies, issues, and risks
  • Participate in sales calls, assist/lead proposal development efforts, and deliver client presentations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
  • 5+ years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of Marketing applications (Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo), Personalization (Rich Relevance, Adobe Target, Unica Interact), Loyalty (Kobie, Brierley), MDM (Reltio, Talend), and/or iPaaS (SnapLogic, MuleSoft)
  • 2+ years of experience with Customer Data Platform technologies: Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
  • English is required as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries where English is the common language
  • Strong preference for spoken and written French
Estimate Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience
