The Asset Management Director will be responsible for providing commercial and technical expertise to Kiewit Development Company's (KDC) projects. This role will support the asset management team by overseeing all aspects of asset management, including lifecycle budgets and expenditures, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
Responsibilities:- Represent the project company in communications with clients, design-builders, and operators
- Manage project company reporting, including preparation, review, and presentation of reporting materials
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks
- Oversee design-build and operator contractors in the fulfillment of their respective obligations
- Change management and dispute resolution
- Coordinate with other project team members
- Undergraduate degree in business or engineering
- 10 years of experience in a relevant role, with 5+ years of experience providing technical and commercial oversight in the infrastructure, building, transportation, or industrial sector
- Ability to review and interpret complex legal and financial agreements
- Experience presenting materials to project or company boards of directors
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and spoken communications skills
- Demonstrated history of working as part of a team and managing other team members
