Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Jimmy's Place Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Efficient Work Schedules
Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen environment.
Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen StaffLead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that all food preparation and service standards are met.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for peak periods.
Maintain Quality Control StandardsEnsure that all food prepared and served meets our high quality standards.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare regular reports for management.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to DetailYou will be responsible for ensuring that all food prepared and served meets our high quality standards, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Personal Qualities and Skills- Efficient Interpersonal Skills
You will be working closely with our kitchen team, management, and customers, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Initiative and DependabilityYou will be responsible for taking initiative and making decisions in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong dependability and a commitment to getting the job done.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Language and Work Hours- Language
English.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
