Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at CanWel Building Materials. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives and driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor, and train Inside Sales Representatives to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
