Vast Auto Distribution is a leading distributor and marketer of automotive parts for auto parts stores in Eastern Canada. Our team provides customers with a complete business solution, including high-quality products, innovative marketing programs, training, and business management systems.

We are currently seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to join our Ontario expansion team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating markets for new O'Reilly Automotive store locations or the relocation of existing stores in the Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine the feasibility of installing and operating auto parts stores in various areas
  • Develop and manage relationships with brokers to support site identification and negotiation
  • Determine optimal market areas for company-owned retail auto parts stores
  • Investigate and evaluate real properties meeting company store criteria
  • Prepare and negotiate letters of intent for property acquisition or lease
  • Communicate with the Vice-President of Expansion & Real Estate regarding site recommendations and financial projections

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma (DES)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales or operations
  • General knowledge of commercial real estate principles
  • Strong writing, interpersonal communication, and negotiating skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism, written and oral (Quebec territory)

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
