Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Urgo Hotels Canada.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the hotel's standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Language: Bilingual (English and French).
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week.
