We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ted Byrt Insurance Agency Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coaching customers, and helping them understand their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our team to coach customers and help them identify gaps in their insurance coverage.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, billing, and general changes.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and prospects, and provide a positive experience.
- Meet sales goals and quotas, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and prospects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous sales or customer service experience an asset.
