About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation and Projects Coordinator to join our team at A SAACHI INSURANCE & INVESTMENT SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently.
