We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist who shares our passion for holistic care and is committed to helping clients achieve meaningful and productive activity.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting

Common Assessments Include:
Job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, ergonomic, attendant care, and pre-employment assessments

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Educate clients on safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities
  • Support return-to-work programs, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Participate in case conferences and case management
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred)
  • Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs
  • Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WSIB referrals is a strong asset
  • Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
