Occupational Therapist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and regain independence.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning, including job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, and cognitive abilities evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Educate clients on safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities.
- Support return-to-work programs, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Participate in case conferences and case management.
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred).
- Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
